三級培訓 / Training

項目、區(qū)域、公(gōng)司/ 外訓構建三級培訓構架，根據項目制定年度培訓計劃、培訓手冊、培訓記錄簿、佳盾移動管理(lǐ)APP系統，每月、三周的周五為(wèi)佳盾培訓日，覆蓋保障現場服務(wù)品質(zhì)。

Establish three-dimension training structure based on project, region and company / outside-training. Make annual training plan, training manual and training logbook, develop mobility management system of APP, setup a training days on the first and third Friday of each month to complete all management area and guarantee the service quality on site.
